Stress management as a working parent - what actually works?

I've tried meditation apps (too boring), gym (too time-consuming), therapy (good but expensive). What I actually found helps: 20 minutes alone in my car after work before I go inside. Just sitting there. No phone, no podcast, nothing. Just existing.
Seems dumb but it's been the best stress management tool I've found. Anyone else have weird little rituals that actually help? Not looking for advice just curious what people do.
