Stressed about money and not seeing my kids

Working two jobs to pay for preschool and the mortgage and I barely see my kids during the week. Leave at 6am, back by 8pm. Weekends I'm too tired to do anything. My oldest asked me yesterday why I don't come to his soccer games anymore. I felt like a failure as a dad. Anyone dealing with financial pressure while trying to be present? How do you handle it?

That's a tough spot, man. I get every other weekend with mine, but I've learned those focused hours count more than you'd think. Even a board game before bed on weekends can be gold. The kids just want you present, not exhausted.

You're grinding hard for them, and that matters. But real talk, burnout helps nobody. Is there any way to dial back one job even a little? Your kids need their dad around more than they need a bigger house.
