Stuck in meetings all day while my kids need me

My job is meetings on top of meetings and by the time I'm done for the day I'm too drained to actually be present with my family. Just scrolling my phone while they talk to me. This is not the father I wanted to be. Looking at switching companies but the market is scary right now. Anyone else feel trapped like this?
