Switching jobs to work for my dad's company and it's weird

Left my corporate job to work with my dad's small business. Better pay actually, way more flexible hours, can take lunch with my kids if I want. But now he's my boss and sometimes he forgets to be my dad and I forget to be his employee and we're both frustrated. We're trying to make it work though. Anyone else work with family? Does the line between work and personal ever get clear again?
