Taking paternity leave and I've never been more nervous

Got approved for 6 weeks starting next month when baby #2 arrives. I'm excited but also terrified about coming back. Will my team forget about me? Will I lose momentum on the big project we're launching? Has anyone taken a decent chunk of time off and come back without feeling like you lost ground? My boss says it'll be fine but you never know how these things really play out.
