Took two weeks paternity leave and it flew by

First time having real extended time with the baby and honestly it went too fast. We bonded way more than I expected and now going back to work feels wrong. Already missing nap time cuddles. Money is tight enough that I couldn't take more time but I'm so grateful I got those two weeks.

Man I feel this. When you're actually there and not stressed about work it's a whole different experience. The baby knows the difference too I think. Going back to the grind must have been tough.

Two weeks goes so fast when you're actually present. I took a month when my twins were born and I'd do anything to get those days back. Those early bonding moments are everything. Did you take any time off with the baby or mostly managing both kids?

This right here. I got two weeks with my son and I'm telling you I'd trade a lot to have that time again. The way they change in that short span is wild. Glad you got to experience real bonding time.
