Turned down a promotion

Had the opportunity to move up last month. More money, more prestige, everything I thought I wanted. But it meant travel 3 weeks a month and my oldest starts middle school next year. I need to be here for that. Not gonna lie it stings a little but my kid's only gonna be a first year middle schooler once. The promotion will still be there in 5 years probably.
