Used my paternity leave and it was the best decision

Just wanted to say to any guys on the fence about taking paternity leave, do it. I took 8 weeks when my second son was born and honestly I wouldn't trade it for anything. I got to be there for everything, helped my wife recover, and built a relationship with my newborn that I didn't have time for with my first kid when I was back at work in 2 weeks. Yeah the pay cut for 2 months sucked but my company didn't care when I came back and my family is in a better place.
