WFH burnout is real - the boundaries problem nobody talks about

So when you work from home, there's no commute to decompress. You close your laptop at 5pm and immediately you're DAD MODE. But then at 9pm when the kids are in bed you're suddenly thinking about that email you got at 4:55pm and suddenly you're answering Slack messages in pajamas. It's like the boundary between work and home completely dissolved for me. Anyone else struggle with this? I'm thinking about literally leaving my house for 15 minutes after work to "commute" - just drive around the block or sit in a coffee shop - but that feels dumb. How do you actually separate the two when they're in the same space?
