WFH changed everything for me
Been remote for 2 years now and honestly I don't know how I did it before. Being home means I can actually eat lunch with my kids instead of stress eating at my desk. Yeah I still work 8 hours but at least I'm here if something happens. My boss doesn't really care where I sit as long as the work gets done. Anyone else feel guilty about liking WFH because it feels too good to be true?
This is what I'm hoping for. Single dad situation here and the idea of being home more consistently sounds like a game changer. Did you have to fight your company for it or did they come around pretty quick?
