Company finally approved my request to work from home 2 days a week. Hoping it helps with the daycare pickup stress and lets me be more present. Worried it's gonna look bad or that I'm not actually working if I'm not at the office. Anyone have experience with the hybrid setup? Trying to set up a good home office space but our house is pretty small.
Two days a week will make a real difference. Not having to fight traffic to pick them up on those days alone saves so much stress. Just make sure you actually work and don't fall into the trap of thinking you'll squeeze in dad stuff.

That's awesome man. I did the same thing 6 months ago and it's been a game changer. Even those 2 days make a huge difference with pickup and just being home during the day. First week will feel weird but you got this.
