WFH has been a lifesaver but my boss wants us back in office

Been working from home for 3 years now and its honestly been the best thing for my family. I can do lunch with the kids, pick them up from school, be present. Now corporate wants everyone back 3 days a week starting next month. I have no idea how I'm going to juggle this. My wife works full time too. Has anyone successfully negotiated staying mostly remote?
