Wife got a huge promotion, we're rethinking everything

So my wife just got promoted to VP at her company. It's amazing, she's incredibly deserving, and the money is life-changing for us.

But it also means she travels now. Like, every other week for 3-4 days. I'm now the "primary" parent during the week basically.

We haven't fully figured out the logistics yet. Our kids are 6, 4, and 1. I'm thinking about going full remote if I can negotiate it. Maybe even reducing to 4 days a week.

Anyone have thoughts on how to actually make this work when one parent's career is ramping up hard?
