It's tough but it gets easier. My wife went back part-time first which helped us figure out the logistics before going full-time. Maybe that's an option?

This is good actually. You're both growing and supporting each other's goals. Yeah the logistics will be messy for a bit, but kids adapt fast. And your kids get to see both parents doing meaningful work.
