Anyone else feel like their personality just vanished?

I used to be that guy who could talk about music production for hours. Had a whole setup in my apartment. Now I'm covered in spit-up and I can barely remember the last album I listened to. My friends still send me new releases and I just... don't care anymore? Is this normal or am I losing myself? My wife says it's just a phase but it's been 18 months.
