Became a dad at 19 - how it changed everything

Never planned to be a father so young. Had my whole life mapped out different. But somehow becoming a dad made me grow up in the best way. Killed a lot of stupid goals I had and replaced them with real ones. Lost some friendships with people who weren't ready for that chapter. But I gained a purpose and honestly my relationship with my son is the best thing I've ever built. If you told 19yo me this is how it'd turn out I wouldn't have believed it.

Man, 19 is wild but sounds like you're crushing it. I'm just starting out with one kid and already realizing my whole life needs to revolve around this little person now instead of my own stuff, so respect for making that shift work.
