Career Change at 42 - Went from Finance Bro to Woodworking Shop Owner

This might sound crazy but I bailed on my corporate job last year. Made good money but was absolutely miserable, stressed out all the time, missed my kids growing up. Always loved woodworking as a hobby so I took the leap. Been running my shop for about 8 months now and business is picking up. Making less money obviously but my stress levels are like half what they were. Get to work in my garage, set my own schedule, be there when my kids get home from school. Miss the paycheck and the stability sometimes, but I don't miss the 60 hour weeks and the constant anxiety. Best decision I ever made honestly.
