Career change to spend more time with family

Left my corporate job making good money to take a position that pays less but has flexible hours. My boss was shocked. Money's tighter now for sure. We had to cut back on some stuff. But I'm home for dinner most nights and I can help with homework and actually see my kids grow up. Don't regret it for a second. Sometimes the things that matter most cost money but not in the way I thought.
