Got an entire shower by myself today. No interruptions. No one asking where I am. Just stood there like a normal human being. My wife watched the kids and I got 20 minutes of peace and it felt like a luxury vacation. This is my life now and I'm choosing to be happy about it instead of sad about what I lost lol. The wins are just different.

This hits so different. A shower with peace and quiet might legitimately be my favorite activity now. No kids screaming through the door asking for random stuff.
