Dad bod transformation without losing my personality
I didn't completely overhaul my life or anything dramatic but I did get in the best shape I've been since college. Started meal prepping on Sundays which sounds lame but it actually works. Hit the gym 4 times a week. Nothing crazy, just consistent. I'm down 30 pounds and I actually have energy again. My kids say I look like a superhero which is hilarious. What I miss is sleeping in on weekends and not having to think about what I'm eating. What I gained is fitting back into my favorite clothes and not being out of breath when I play tag with the kids. Also my wife seems happier which is a nice bonus.
This is awesome man, the Sunday meal prep thing is genius. I'm trying to figure out how to keep up with energy levels for my kid on my weekends, so seeing this is motivating. Did you find it hard to keep the consistency going?
