Does anyone actually enjoy being a dad or are we all just coping?

Real question. Because I love my kids more than anything but I also miss the freedom and autonomy and just not being responsible for another human's entire life 24/7. Some days are absolutely incredible and some days I'm just surviving. I think that's normal but sometimes I feel like social media makes it seem like everyone else is loving every single moment. What's the truth for you guys?
