Does anyone else feel like they lost their identity?

Honest question. I used to be the guy who could wake up at 11am on Saturday and just... exist. Now I'm up at 6 with my 2 year old asking for pancakes. Don't get me wrong, I love my kid, but sometimes I catch my reflection and don't recognize the guy looking back. Is this normal or am I having an early midlife crisis?
