From chaos to stable and I don't recognize myself
Five years ago I was drinking way too much, sleeping 4 hours a night, thought I was hot stuff. Then my daughter was born and I realized I was going to model this disaster for her. Went to AA, got sober, actually started exercising, went back to school part time. Now I'm the kind of dad who packs healthy lunches and shows up to soccer games. My old friends think I'm boring but my kids think I'm a superhero and that's way better.
That's a major turnaround man. Four hours a night is not sustainable. How did you finally make the change? Asking because I'm still running on fumes over here.
