From corporate guy to stay-at-home dad and I don't recognize myself anymore

Left my job 2 years ago when my wife got the promotion. Honestly thought I'd hate it but now I'm the one managing the house, kids' schedules, cooking most meals. Miss the paycheck and honestly miss being the guy in charge at work. But I don't miss the 6am starts or the stress. My kids actually know their dad now which is wild. The weird part is when people ask what I do and I have to explain I'm staying home. Some people still look at me like I made a mistake.
