Three years ago I was probably 80 pounds overweight, working a desk job, eating drive thru for every meal. My kid asked me to play soccer with him and I had to sit down after 5 minutes. That was the moment. Started going to the gym, cut out soda, actually cook dinner now. I'm down 65 pounds. What I miss: not gonna lie, late night Taco Bell runs hit different. But what I gained is way more important. I can actually keep up with my kids. I have energy again. My wife says I'm like a different person. I feel like a different person.
