From couch potato to actually exercising - it's wild how much changed
Two years ago I was 280 pounds, hadn't been to a gym in a decade, and just drank beer every night. Now I'm 210, going to the gym 4 days a week, and I haven't had a drink in 8 months. But honestly what's craziest is how my whole identity changed. I wasn't the athletic guy anymore, I was the dad who was always tired and sore. Now I'm the guy who wakes up at 5am to workout. My friends don't even recognize me. My wife says she has her husband back. It's good but also weird.
That's awesome man, seriously. 280 to where? And more importantly, how'd you stick with it? I keep telling myself I'll hit the gym but beer on the couch is real comfortable.
