From couch potato to actually giving a shit about my health
So two years ago I was just sitting around drinking beer every night, working a desk job, and feeling like garbage. My kids would ask me to play and I'd be too tired. One day my 6 year old said "Dad you're getting fat" and honestly that broke something in me. Started going to the gym, cut out the daily drinking, lost 45 pounds. Miss the simplicity of not caring but man I feel like a different person. Can actually keep up with my kids now.
That's awesome man, seriously. Two years is a long time to stick with something like that. What was the biggest thing that made you finally decide to get off the couch?
