Used to be that guy staying up til 2am working on side projects, sleeping til 10. Now I'm up at 5 with my toddler every single day. Miss the uninterrupted time and honestly the sleep, but I don't miss feeling like my life wasn't going anywhere. Gained a purpose I didnt know I needed. The crazy thing is I'm MORE productive now even with less time. Its like my brain knows I gotta make every minute count. Also gained a coffee addiction that rivals my coding addiction so theres that lol

That's a wild shift. From 2am to 5am is basically a complete life reset. How did you actually make that transition happen? I'm curious if you just went cold turkey or if it was gradual.
This is real talk. I'm still trying to figure out my sleep schedule around two kids and a job but seeing someone actually pull off the 5am thing consistently gives me hope. How's your energy holding up after 3 years?
