From total homebody to someone who actually goes outside now
So I used to be that guy. Video games, online all the time, barely left the couch except for work. Then my daughter was born 4 years ago and something just clicked. I realized I was missing everything. Started taking her to the park, now I actually hike on weekends, we go fishing. The crazy part is I genuinely enjoy it now? Its wild how different my life is. My old friends think Im a different person honestly. I still game but maybe once a week now instead of every night. Feel like Ive actually been living for the past few years instead of just existing.
This is such a cool journey man. Your kids probably love having a dad who's actually out doing stuff with them now. I bet the energy difference is massive too. Keep it up.
Love this. I was never as extreme as you but I definitely wasn't the outdoorsy type either. Having kids just changes your whole perspective on what matters. You're doing great.
