Going back to school while being a single parent with shared custody
Probably insane but I decided to finish my degree while managing 50/50 custody of my kids. It's been a year and it's been absolutely exhausting. I study during my off weeks and whenever they're asleep. My parents help out a lot. On one hand I miss just being able to chill and be fully present when I have my kids. On the other hand I'm finally doing something for myself and I'm actually going to have a degree in a few months. Both things feel important you know?
Respect. I'm doing something similar (well, less intense) and the custody schedule actually helps create some dedicated focus time when they're with their mom. You got this.
