Got in shape and changed my whole perspective on being a dad

Used to be really out of shape, probably 80 pounds overweight. Couldn't keep up with my kids, got winded playing in the yard. Started working out about 2 years ago just because I was tired of being tired. Lost the weight, got stronger, and something shifted mentally too. I have way more patience, sleep better, actually want to do stuff with my family instead of being frustrated. My kids see me as more active now. Not saying fitness solves everything but it changed how I show up as a dad.
