How becoming a dad changed my marriage
Before kids my wife and I would have these long deep conversations about life and dreams and stuff. Now most of our conversations are 'Did you pack his lunch? No. Did YOU pack it? No.' But honestly I think we're closer now because we're a team actually doing something that matters. We're not just talking about building a life, we're actually building one. Different kind of connection but better I think.
Man, this hits different once you've got kids. We still try to have real conversations but yeah, it's a lot more logistics now. The deep stuff happens in shorter bursts these days.
