Lost 60 pounds and became a morning workout guy and I don't recognize myself

Three years ago I was 245 pounds, tired all the time, didn't play with my kids. Got diagnosed with pre-diabetes and something just clicked. Started running at 5am before anyone woke up. It was brutal the first month. Now I run 20 miles a week and I've got more energy than I did in my 20s. My kids see me differently I think. I'm stronger, I'm happier, I'm actually patient with them. Only thing I miss is sleeping in but not really.
