Lost 70 pounds since becoming a dad - wild journey
When my first kid was born I was almost 280 pounds. Realized I was too tired and too heavy to keep up with him. Spent the last three years hitting the gym before work and cutting out junk food. Now I can actually play tag without needing a nap after. My friends barely recognize me. Thing I miss the most is not having to think about what I eat, but thing I gained is like 20 years back on my life span probably.
This is inspiring. Genuinely. My back is already shot from piggyback rides so I'm trying to stay light at least. You actually made it happen which is what separates the talkers from the doers. How long did it take you?
