Lost 85 lbs and completely different person now
Started my weight loss journey at 285, now sitting at 200. Been two years of counting calories, hitting the gym, changing literally everything about how I eat. The before and after pics are crazy different but what surprises me most is how my relationships changed. My wife acts like she's attracted to me again lol. My kids actually want to play tag with me in the yard instead of me just sitting on the porch. Gained confidence I didn't have before. What I miss? Honestly nothing food-wise, maybe the excuse to not try. What I gained is like getting my life back. My dad had a heart attack at 55, I'm 47 now and feeling like I dodged a bullet.
This is awesome. Going from 285 to 200 takes real discipline, especially when you're juggling kids and life. You should be proud of that commitment.
