Lost 85 pounds and became the dad I wanted to be for my kids
Started at 285, now at 200. Took about 2 years of hitting the gym before work and cutting out fast food. The physical transformation is obvious but the real change is I can actually play with my kids without getting winded. I coach my son's soccer team now. I'm not out of breath walking up stairs. What I miss is honestly nothing, maybe eating pizza every night. What I gained back is energy and time with my family. My kids actually want to do stuff with dad now instead of asking mom. That hits different.
That's awesome. Being a dad to twins at 285 was rough for me too, not quite the same transformation but I've been trying to get healthier. What was the biggest thing that clicked for you?
