Lost 85 Pounds and Found Myself Again
Started at 315 pounds. Kids made fun of me at their school. That hit different. Did keto, hit the gym 4 days a week, completely changed my eating habits. Took two years but I'm 230 now and I don't recognize myself in the mirror but in a good way. People treat me different which is weird to admit but true. More confident around my wife. Can actually play tag with my kids without getting winded. What I miss is not having to think about every single thing I eat but that's a small price. What I gained is my life back.
That's a huge transformation and honestly props for doing it for the right reasons. My boys and I hike almost every weekend and I want to be around for all of it. You crushed it.
