No longer care what anyone thinks about my parenting choices

Used to worry about judging looks when my kid had a meltdown in the grocery store. Used to stress about having the 'right' gear and toys. Used to overthink every decision. Now if my kid is wearing mismatched socks and wants to eat chicken nuggets for lunch, I'm like yeah okay buddy. Life is too short. I've realized most people are just worried about their own stuff anyway. Becoming a dad gave me this weird confidence I didn't have before.
