Went from 280 to 185 and I feel like a different person
Started working out about 18 months ago just because my back was killing me all the time. Lost the first 50 pounds without even trying that hard, then got serious about it. Now I actually have energy to play with my kids instead of sitting on the couch. My knees don't hurt anymore. My wife is supportive which honestly makes a huge difference. Miss the food I used to eat sometimes but not enough to go back. Biggest life change I've made as a dad.
This is awesome dude. My back's been acting up lately so hearing this actually motivates me to get moving. What kind of workouts worked best for your back specifically?
