Went From Anxious Mess to Actually Having My Stuff Together
Undiagnosed anxiety made me a disaster for years. Couldn't hold jobs, relationships were a mess, always stressed about everything. Became a dad and finally got diagnosed and treated because I needed to be better for my kids. That was the kick I needed to actually get help instead of just complaining about it. Completely different person now. I miss the excuse of 'oh that's just how I am' but I definitely don't miss the constant panic feeling. Being a parent forced me to grow up in a way nothing else could have.
Mad respect for putting this out there. Dealing with undiagnosed anxiety while trying to be present for family is next level hard.
