Went from never cooking to feeding my family every weeknight
Five years ago I couldn't make anything besides cereal and sandwiches. Divorced guy, eating takeout constantly, spending way too much money. Then my kids came to stay with me full time and everything changed. Learned from YouTube videos, some trial and error, asking my mom for recipes. Now I do meal prep on Sundays and actually cook real dinners. My oldest asked for my pasta carbonara recipe last week. Never thought I'd be that guy. Miss the lazy days but gained so much more.
This is incredible man. From cereal to weeknight dinners is a huge jump. What were some of your first meals that actually turned out decent?
