3 years post divorce, it finally got easier

First couple years were brutal, constant fighting through text and email, kids upset every transition day, the whole thing was a mess. But around year 2.5 something just clicked. Ex started dating someone who wasn't a jerk, we both got past the anger, realized we both just want to be good dads and moms. Now we can actually coordinate things without it being a legal negotiation. There's light at the end of the tunnel guys, just takes time.
