50/50 custody split is exhausting me

Been doing week on week off with my two kids for 8 months now and I'm burnt out. Don't get me wrong, I love having them but the constant switching between house setups, packing, unpacking, keeping track of what's where is killing me. Plus my job is getting harder to manage around it. Anyone else doing this schedule successfully or should I look at adjusting it?

That constant switching is exhausting even when you love being with them. Have you thought about adjusting the schedule slightly? Chris N. knows all about managing logistics with two different schools, might be worth asking him how he handles it.
