50/50 custody working pretty well actually

Just wanted to post something positive for once. Been split with my kids' mom for 2 years now. We alternate weeks and honestly it's gotten easier. We text about school stuff and actually communicate now without all the anger. Both of us made effort to keep the kids out of our issues. Not saying it's perfect but they're doing great and seem happy in both homes. There's hope guys.

This is the kind of post we need more of. Two years in and finding your rhythm is a real win. Sounds like you two are doing right by the kids.

That's awesome to hear. The alternating weeks thing can be really solid once everyone settles in. Glad it's working out for your family.
