Baby mama won't follow the custody schedule and keeps asking for changes

We have the kids 50/50 on alternating weeks. Works great on paper but every other week she texts asking to swap days because of her work stuff or her new boyfriend's plans. I work shifts so I actually plan my schedule around the agreement. I want to be flexible for the kids but this is getting ridiculous. At what point do I stop being nice about it and enforce what we agreed on?

Man, I feel this one hard. With two kids and alternating weekends, I learned real quick that you gotta set boundaries or it'll never stop. I finally told their mom that swaps are cool but only if she asks at least a week out, and we keep a running tally so it stays fair. Makes everything less stressful for the kids too.
