Looking for something that's actually durable and not going to get lost. My 6yo has gone through like 5 lunchboxes in the last year because they're just getting left at school/in cars. Any recommendations? Preferably something that doesn't cost $50.
We use one of those Lands End Squirt bottles with the name tag attached. The real hack is buying two identical ones so one stays at each house. Solves the whole getting lost problem right there.
Had the same issue. Started using those metal bento box containers from Costco. They're cheap enough that when one goes missing at school I don't lose my mind, but they actually hold up way better than plastic. My 6yo has had the same one for like eight months now.
Honestly the brand doesn't matter as much as having a system. We label everything with a label maker and I keep extras in my car. The box itself breaks, sure, but at least I know where it is and can replace it quick without disrupting the schedule.

Get a Yeti Roadie if you've got the budget. My ex and I went through like four lunch boxes before I grabbed one of these, and it's lasted two years of being thrown in car seats and left at her house. Worth every penny honestly.
