Currently using OurFamilyWizard but honestly the interface is kind of clunky and my ex keeps missing messages. Been looking at alternatives. Anyone use Custody X Change or 2houses? Looking for something that's actually intuitive because right now half our coordination happens over text anyway and that defeats the purpose lol.
If her missing messages is the actual problem, try Coparently. It's newer and the notifications are way more aggressive - you can set it to text/email them if they don't open it within 24 hours. Game changer for that specific issue.
Custody X Change is cleaner UI-wise but honestly it's more of a document generator than a real-time communication tool. If your ex isn't responding on OFW it's probably not gonna be better on CXC.
The 'missing messages' thing might be a notification settings issue? We had that problem until I realized my ex's phone wasn't sending push notifications for the app. Worth checking before you switch platforms entirely.

2houses is slick but Custody X Change is more of a documentation tool than a communication platform. Depends what you actually need - if it's just scheduling/messaging, 2houses. If you need evidence for court, CXC.
Your ex missing messages on OurFamilyWizard might be a training issue rather than an app issue tbh. I had to literally sit down with mine and show her how notifications work. Now she's on top of it. Worth trying before switching apps?
I use 2houses and like it okay but honestly going back and forth between co-parenting apps means the data is never really consolidated. OurFamilyWizard might be clunky but at least everything is in one place.
2houses is actually pretty solid if you're outside the US. In the US though OFW still has the best legal standing if you ever need to present messages in court. The clunkiness is annoying but it matters.
Been there - the clunky interface is real. Switched to 2houses last year and the mobile app is way better. Notifications actually work so my ex doesn't "miss" messages as much. Still costs money though so it's not a free upgrade from OurFamilyWizard.

The clunk is frustrating but it's kind of built that way intentionally - makes it harder to use for casual bickering since the interface sucks lol. Not defending it but there's maybe some logic there.
