Starting to think texting and phone calls aren't working anymore with my ex. Things get miscommunicated or she says I never told her something when I clearly did. Thinking about trying one of those co-parenting apps where everything is documented. Has anyone used OurFamilyWizard or Talking Parents? Worth the money or is it overkill?
I switched to Talking Parents about a year ago and it's been a game changer. Everything is documented, timestamped, and there's literally no room for 'I never got that text.' Plus the tone is more neutral which keeps things professional. Highly recommend.
Do it. Miscommunication is exactly what you get when you're relying on texts back and forth. Get it in writing on a platform that keeps receipts. Makes everything clearer for both of you and honestly makes co-parenting way less stressful.

Apps are definitely the way to go once texting stops working. Which one are you leaning toward? I use OurFamilyWizard and while it's not perfect, it keeps everything in one place so nobody can claim they didn't see something.
