Communication app for custody schedules - anyone use one?

My lawyer suggested we use one of those co-parenting apps like OurFamilyWizard or similar to keep everything in writing and logged. My ex hates the idea because she says I'm being controlling by wanting documentation of everything. But honestly the texts back and forth are getting messy and I'm tired of the he said she said stuff. Has anyone used these apps and did it actually help or just create more drama?

Just set one up last month. Game changer honestly. No more 'wait did we say Tuesday or Wednesday' texts at 10pm.

OurFamilyWizard is solid. We've been using it for about a year now and it really takes the emotion out of scheduling stuff. Everything's documented which actually helped when we had to clarify some pickup times with my ex.

Been there. My lawyer pushed me toward Talking Parents instead - similar idea but cheaper. The time-stamped messages are clutch if you ever need evidence of something.
