Communication with ex is impossible

We use a co-parenting app to keep things civil but she still finds ways to make every conversation hostile. Yesterday I asked about Emma's soccer schedule and she responded with a paragraph about how I never pay attention to the kids' activities. I literally just asked a question. Anyone else dealing with this? How do you not take it personally?
